Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Kindly verify that your shipping address is correct to ensure delivery.

Orders often take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information. Standard shipping often takes 3 to 5 business days depending on location.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For any items you would like to return, you may email and place your order number in the subject line. Our customer service team will be quick to respond to your query and give you directions as to how to return your items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*If you are approved, your refund will be processed. It will be given through your original form of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rose@piliani.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rose@piliani.com and send your item to:
